HEAD OF DELIVERIES (Turku, Finland)

We are seeking a Head of Deliveries with a proven track record in managing and developing a global Product Owner organisation. Your role will be pivotal in our global operations, leading a highly motivated and skilled PO team from Finland, Sweden, and the UK.   

As this is a global role, we expect you to be willing to travel if needed. Initially, you will travel more to get to know the people and our offices, but we assure you that in the long run, the travel days will be manageable and not excessive.   

Responsibilities in a nutshell:   

• Lead the PO team and make sure they have all they need to succeed with their work. 

• Make sure that Company Strategy & Vision are aligned with the PO work.

• Manage & develop processes around Product Ownership.

• Ensure communication between the PO team and different stakeholders inside the Company is fluent and transparent.  

• Support with best practices and examples in project management of Product projects.  

You will also be working closely with other teams:  

• Sales (forecasting → deadlines, competitor analysis, managing expectations)  

• Customer support (burning issues)  

• Test team (schedules / deadlines)  

• Marketing (shorten time to market)  

• Development teams (planning and deliverables)
